1. Create Your Sacred Space
Some tools you may use to enhance the experience are candles, incense, aura sprays, have a window slightly open for fresh air, soft lighting, blankets for warmth, crystals, inspiring photos or artwork. Ask to not be disturbed by those in your nearby physical vicinity. Do not have any electronic equipment or telephones in your space.
Now use your own technique to bring yourself to a relaxed state of consciousness.
Then, ask your spiritual team of personal guides to join you in your sacred space.
Each individual has a personal team of spiritual guides whether you are consciously aware of them or not. Ask them to join you!
2. Set Your Intentions for this Meditation
You may state your intent to use this meditation as a tool to shift the planet into the most optimal timeline and as a tool to create stability, peace, health, and distribute Love & Source Light, —completely removing anything contrary to these intended conditions.
3. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to Central Suns of all galaxies in this universe.
Then visualize this light entering through the Galactic Central Sun, then going through our Galaxy, then entering our Solar System and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through all beings on planet Earth and also through your own body and into the center of the Earth.
If you are not familiar with the structure of the Central Suns, do not be concerned, — your intention is enough to create success.
4. Visualize this Light transmuting all adverse conditions on planet Earth, removing all harmful energy from the planet, healing all people, removing all fear within the population, and creating planetary stability.
5. Visualize the course of events on planet Earth shifting into the most positive timeline possible.
Visualize white, pink, blue and golden Light healing all pain, inequalities, erasing all poverty and bringing abundance to all humanity.
Visualize the new grand cosmic cycle of the Age of Aquarius beginning, bringing pure Light, Love and Happiness to all beings on Earth.
If you are not familiar with creating visualizations, then simply have the intent and trust in that which you do not yet see visually.
